Cake Mascara

Description

Use: This mascara is build-able without being too clumpy. Mix the wetting agent well into the cake and swirl the brush and apply. Traditionally cake mascara was just applied to the upper lashes.
Apply just one layer for a soft and natural look. For a little more emphasis, follow with second (or third) layer after the first layer dries.

Included in the package is the cake mascara and a wetting agent (when sent locally, the wetting agent is sent in a glass dropper bottle). The wetting agent contains seaweed extract which strengthens and remineralizes the lashes and a waterproofing agent which helps against smudging. There is choice of the mascara with or without a bamboo mascara wand.
